It is our pleasure to welcome you to The Self Centre at Caneel, a mind-body-spirit center nestled on a wooded bluff overlooking Caneel Bay, A Rosewood  Resort on St. John, USVI. When he first heard of plans for The Self Centre, Laurance Rockefeller, Caneel Bay’s founder, remarked that he had always intended for the resort to be a place in which to promote spiritual renewal. Indeed, generation after generation Caneel guests have come to Caneel’s beaches, soothing waters, and verdant setting to find renewed vigor, a sense of balance, and perspective in their lives. With this in mind, The Self Centre came into being, in collaboration with Caneel.

The Self Centre is dedicated to helping guests nurture their desire for mental, physical, and spiritual well-being through an array of mind-body approaches and holistic treatments for
stress relief, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Self-awareness is the heart of The Self Centre,
