Breathwalk® Breathwalk is the science of combining specific patterns of breathing synchronized with your walking steps and meditation for the ultimate walking experience. It is easy to learn, adapts to all fitness levels, and offers an immediate path to a clear mind with increased focused energy.

Empowerment Meditation Everything originates in our conscious awareness. Learn the key to mastering the mind. Meditation is a journey to cultivate greater awareness, get in touch with our source, and access our inner wisdom and power. Rediscover your inner intelligence and shift from mental clutter to clarity and wisdom.

Chakra Meditation This guided reclining meditation balances the body’s seven centers of energy, the gateways to consciousness, known as chakras. Feel a sense of balance so your life energy can flow freely. 

Meditation: Enter the Quiet of the Mind Experience the power of a simple seated meditation practice, rediscover your inner intelligence and access your true higher Self. Receive an overview of the technique and practice. Beginners are welcome.

The Rhythm of Relationships for Couples Through playful practices and awakening the senses, discover how you can relate on a deeper level that increases sensitivity, intimacy and compassion. Experience the art of communicating and listening to the body’s language to bring about a heartfelt sense of awareness and connection.

Total Body Relaxation Learn how to let go of unnecessary tension. Experience a systematic relaxation technique to re-awaken and replenish the body. Reconnect effortlessly to a sense of wholeness.
